We’ve known Mike McMullen for a long time and he has helped us with a number of purchases and sales. Mike recently helped us with both the sale of our suburban house and the purchase of a downtown condo. He sold the house in just 36 hours and got more than the listing price and an unconditional offer at that. He helped us look at dozens of condos and, when we finally made up our mind, got us the one we wanted for a lot less than the listed price. Any real estate transaction can have minor glitches and ours were no exception but Mike handled them all quickly and, in several cases, saved us significant money.
